How does the profit share work?
You keep 70% of the profit, the agency keeps 30%. Costs are taken out before net profit is calculated, so if there is no profit, there is no fee under the standard model.
Is there an upfront fee?
$0 upfront under the standard model.
Who owns the store?
You do — 100%, through delegated access you grant and can revoke. The agency never claims ownership of your store.
How soon is the first order expected?
Two-Step: typically 1–2 working days. Ready-to-Be-Shipped: expected on the very first day. These are expected timelines, not guarantees.
What are the Two-Step costs?
Custom label $5–$6 per order and Walmart referral fee up to 15%, plus product cost. These are taken out before net profit.
What is Ready-to-Be-Shipped?
Third-party warehouse partners own and store 1,000+ items/SKUs, ready to sell, and ship direct on the label provided. You pay only when an item sells. That stock belongs to the partners.
Are past results a guarantee?
No. Dashboard snapshots show past managed-store performance. Target ROI 35–40% is a target/projection, not a promise.
