Two-Step / Walmart-to-Walmart Model

1. List 1,000+ fast-moving grocery/household products on your Walmart store.
2. When an item sells, buy it from Walmart.
3. Send it to the prep centre for check and repack.
4. Ship to the buyer with a custom label ($5–$6 per order).
5. Walmart referral fee up to 15% and other costs are taken out before net profit. You keep 70% of the profit, the agency keeps 30%.
