How it works, step by step
- List: products go live on your store, priced to protect margin.
- Customer buys: an order lands on your store.
- We fulfil: the item is picked, packed and shipped from stock, with tracking uploaded.
- Aftercare: buyer messages and any delivery issues are handled promptly.
Costs, honestly
Product cost plus shipping and marketplace fees — these come out before net profit. If there is no profit, there is no fee under the standard model. Target ROI 35–40% is a target, not a promise.
